Fees for the 13

The fees in the 13 right now are 3 for $125 - we pay 1 for every 10, and hold out $17 per run.  We have the fees a little cheaper so that the roping would be a little more affordable for the beginners and the men on a budget.  I was just wondering what the general consensus is in that roping.  Please comment and let me know.  Thanks..
